Greenland Pakke-Porto Scott #Q6 Cancellation 24

I'm looking for information re the different cancellations on these
stanmps. The Scott general catalog doesn't help. I'm insterested
because when I go to some of the larger sites selling these, there
seems to be a premium on some cancellations. Where can I get that info?

Your "Nr. 24 avane" cancel is from the town of Niakornat
in the Umanak district, It rates a very small premium.

"avane" cancellations were applied to stamps pasted in
savings books. In other words, they are not postally used

Try to find a used copy of Eric v. Wowern's GF1 catalog,
"Pakke Porto Stamps 1905-1938". It lists premiums for
Danish cancels, Greenlnad cancels and avane cancels.
It also lists all of the printings (way beyond Scott)
and many plate and perforation varieties.
