Type 2 Proof Sets???
I read in this ng about the newer proof sets coming out with a spike
head in the kennedy, jefferson, and I think the sac. Who decides if this becomes a type 2 proof set since they appear to command a larger price tag than the normal set? Is it the mint, the ana or some other group? And, do you think they will become a type 2 proof set? Thanks. bob
