Default moment of silence-Veterans Day- and down with the DeserTBob's of the world

At this time let's observe a moment of silence for this veterans day
holiday- for all the servicemen who fought and kept our freedom safe
from- and not forgetting this holiday was first created for vets from
WWI- "the great war"

also at this time, let's show disdain for the misled, misinformed, and
unpatriotic people like DeserTBob, who have tried to take this holiday
and heritage away from us

....and starts posting delusional, whackoid posts all over Usenet about
how MSNBC and CNN have become "patriotic."

Default Charlie Nudo has a donkey dick up his ass

He was last seen waddling up Hwy 309 with a donkey humping him along
from behind. It was observed that the donkey was making Mr. Nudo
push a cart loaded with junk that would normally be pulled by the
donkey.

It was also observed that a government motor pool car with IRS
investigators was following at close range.

Default moment of silence-Veterans Day- and down with the DeserTBob's of the world

A biting chilly wind this morning at the Remembrance Day service on the
corner of Valour Road and Sargeant Avenue. A surprisingly large crowd is
gathered at the memorial erected on the site to commemorate the three
soldiers from WWI who received Victoria Crosses for endurance and courage in
battle. All three grew up on the same street.
Lots of thoughts and feelings go through my head. Remembering uncles and
second cousins who died in Europe, never met by me, but talked about by
older relatives. Anger at why and how wars get started. Smallness. Three men
from one street in the small prairie city of Winnipeg and how they went
overseas to The Great War with only one returning to waiting families.
Futility. The current loss of Canadian soldiers in Afghanistan. Thankful to
be living in a free land. How in the world do the Queen's Own Cameron
Highlanders of Canada keep from freezing up in their kilts in this cold.
When the pipes skirled, I might have signed up had there been a
recruiter on hand.

With the cold wind's shrinkage factor this morning it
wouldn't take much to cover it. Wool is the answer to about everything,
though.

The Kaiser was stopped

Hitler was stopped

Mussolini was stopped

had they been let go, they would have enslaved the world

there is a price for your freedom- don't dwell only on the price- look
at what it bought you
