I have a 1934 $100,000 gold certificate all the serial numbers are
zero, so it might be a specimen note? How much would it be worth, it's
printed on currency paper has the blue and red fibers, it isn't the
best picture but I'll post it anyway, it's in uncirculated condition.
Thanks. Billy

You have a fake copy. No private person owns the $100,000 Gold
Certificate. Read detail about the note at

I dunno, my not has itaglio printing, raised feel to the note, is
printed on currency paper, even though you can't make out the fibers

I dunno too. I have a million dollar bill with intaglio printing,
raised feel to the note, is printed on currency paper and has fibres.
You tell me, noteboy!

The all zeroes note is the one you always see pictures of, when you
see pictures of a 100G note. Presumably, this is the only one that's
ever been copied. It would make sense that a replica has the same
serial numnber. I like the look of your specimen, but hope you didn't
pay more than a quid for it!

I received it as an inheritance. My grandfather used to work for the
Department of the Treasury. He received the note when he retired from
the office, sometime ago. He passed it onto me. That's all I have to
go on, the note sure looks and feels real. But yeah maybe it's a copy
or something. I will try to take it to a currency dealer or get the
BEP to verify the bill for me. Billy

How come I smell a troll? The real McCoy knows better than to use this as a
binary group.

Default Real vs Fake note boy

Aha, I got it. How to detect a fake note boy? The fake one has a
space between "note." and "boy" whereas the real one has no space
between them.
