Zeus & Ganymede, the Supreme Deity and His Companion Zeus desired the beautiful Ganymede. In the guise of an eagle, he seized the boy and carried him to Olympus to be his cupbearer. The marine nymph, Psamathé (Samantha) also bore Eaque (Aeacus) a son named Phocos. This great athlete caused jealousy of his father's legitimate sons, Peleus and Telamon.
