Does any one re-wind Wurlitzer motors for 30s and 40s boxes??....I have a

Check Automobile Alternator rewind shops...they can usually handle
these old timers.

I got a company form Yellow Pages (in the UK) who advertised as motor
rewinders. They did the motor on my 1080A and even spun it up in the
lathe and balanced the weights so the speed control worked at 50Hz,
then a gear chnage and its runs like a dream, great sound from that
era of Wurlys
