Default Saturday's Mail

Hey all-

Saturday's mail brought another eBay auction, a signed General Lee photo, by
extreme car creater George Barris.

I won this from PJ's Collectibles on ebay, but for some strange reason-they
are no longer a registered user on ebay. They were one of the few legit
dealers around...interesting.

Oh well, if the autograph is a fake; then the photo was worth the $$ (as it
is the first jump of the General Lee, the one in the opening minutes...).

happy hunting-
pe2

I can't tell you what happend with PJ- I have heard of dealers getting
disillusioned with ebay due to low pricing and forgeries. That's why there are
so few good ones out there. I know Mike has written about this problem several
times.

George has usually shown up to every other Hollywood Collectors Show
with 2 tables full of photos to sign and brings one of his cars.
