When I was a mere child, I got a cardboard holder in the shape of the
U.S. that held a gold-plated 1776-1976 silver dollar, as well as a 1776-1976 half dollar and quarter (not gold-plated). Is this set with the holder worth anything? (Besides $1.75, I mean.) |

(I have) a cardboard holder in the shape of the U.S. that held a gold-plated 1776-1976 silver dollar, as well as a 1776-1976 half dollar and quarter (not gold-plated). Is this set with the holder worth anything? (Besides $1.75, I mean.) Numismatically, probably little value over face due the fact that plated coins are considered as "altered" coins; however, the set sounds interesting, and would most likely suceed in pulling in some fair bids on eBay. 8-/ Coin Saver |

suceed in pulling in some fair bids How come "suceed" slipped past the spell checker? 8-/ Coin Saver |
