Default Interesting forgery on eBay

Check out this "1856" flying eagle:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...dexURL=0& pho
toDisplayType=2#ebayphotohosting

The author is reasonably sure it's fake (he's right). It's kinda
interesting that he leaves open the slight possibility that he may be wrong.
Seems to me that if he thought there was ANY chance it could be real, he
would've high-tailed it to his local dealer.

Anyway, it's a cool conversation piece. I think I may place a small bid.

It doesn't get much faker does it? If you need a filler I think there's
better looking fakes around.

Nope, not looking for a filler -- more interested in an obvious fake.

This one's so obvious, I think even a novice could pick it up pretty easily.
