Default Chilton wing flow pen help

I did buy a Wing Flow Chilton pen from a fair of used things in Italy
(20 Euro)
The pen has the following number on the back top of the barrel:
NN3
2004
Which is the meaning of the number??
Is it possible to id the pen exactly ??
The sac of the pen is gone.. Is it easy to substitute it and where can
i find the sac ??
