Wurlitzer 3200 not switching

hello there....this is my first post......
....i purchased a Wurlitzer 3200 (Americana II) jukebox a few years ago.....and it has never worked.....it powers up, and i know everything works mechanically as i can use the cancel button to force the carousel around and it plays a record (amp works/replaced the stylus).....but i cannot select a record to play with the buttons.....i press the buttons and no response......
....all of the relays seem to check out fine.....i opened up the switching box and checked the lightbulb (cleaned the socket) and it seems fine......i have the manual, but cannot really figure out how to proceed.....any suggestions would be greatly appreciated........i need to get this thing up and running.....thanks!.....

I have isolated the problem to a specific area......i shorted out the latch switches and number switches (going from relay 1 to the number coil) and was able to make the jukebox work........but i am unsure of how to proceed from here......is it just simple adjustments?.....do i need to replace anything?.......but the problem is with either the latch switches or number switches.....
