Grading GSA Morgan CCs
What service is recommended for grading GSA Morgan CCs? I see where
NGC keeps them in the original GSA slab, and that PCGS will slab them and designate it as GSA. What do you experts recommend? |

@g43g2000cwa.googlegroups.com: What service is recommended for grading GSA Morgan CCs? I see where NGC keeps them in the original GSA slab, and that PCGS will slab them and designate it as GSA. What do you experts recommend? It's personal preference, really. I chose to keep mine in the original GSA slabs, so I went with NGC. If you're selling, often PCGS will command higher prices for coins in their slabs, over NGC's. But, I'm not really sure if you'll actually realize a higher amount, when talking about GSAs. To me, there's something to be said for keeping the historical aspect of the GSA slab. This is an interesting question, and I'll be reading the responses from the experts here. I wonder if NGC commands higher prices in this instance. I guess an ebaY search would tell me the answer, but I don't want to go thru that effort, today.
