Default Costa Rica auction 23 October 2008 NY

Their term and conditions make for interesting reading, item 17.

All the lots are sold as genuine. For the purpose of this sale "genuine" is
defined as not faked or forged and Spink Smythe will not knowingly sell any
item that has been "repaired", "restored", "processed", "cleaned", "pressed"
or "conserved" in any way without disclosure of such facts to the potential
buyer.

This is not in the Spink catalogues but it should be. Billy

I have received a catalogue and I'm very impressed with the illustrations
and item descriptions, is this normal for Smythe or have they made an
extra effort for this auction?

Is Costa Rica popular, will the prices be very high? Billy
