Would that be a 1911M Colors, 5th from the left?

I think the 4th from the left is a 1911M Colors, the "M" perhaps
standing for medium. There's also a "full size" 1911 Colors pen
(see links). The 5th from the left is a 1911 International (may
also be called the Standard).
