Default The Russian Postal Service and the Meteorite

I mailed a CD from our Math Study Unit to a member in Russia last October.
He had not received it as of early February. This is the only CD out of
about 40 mailed out worldwide that did not get through. Apparently this is
not an isolated problem with Russian mailings as the member asked us to
send the CD to a friend in the US who would be able to get it to him.
