What I picked up today is a copy of the Inaugural Edition of this work
(1961, of course) by Harper & Row. But, it is not cloth bound. Rather
it is beautifully leather bound in brown leather and gold trim. What I
don't know is whether this copy was part of a presentation copy (for
which I have found no evidence) or whether it was re-bound by a prior
owner. Anyone have any information?
