in detail. They're the Yvert specialised of OZ.

I have seen that the set of 9 volumes is at 645 AUS $ plus postage

You'll also need access to a 'black light' for the few issues
in ordinary and 'phosphor' coated.



I imagine you are speaking of the 'helecon paper' stamps
Yes I have already two UV lamps, for each of the wavelengths
used by the different countries.
