Hey,

I've been holding onto an old 1963A $10 bill that I got from my friend
at my local 7 Eleven, and was wondering if it was worth anything. The
$10 bill is a star note serial number G08206908* The bill is in fairly
good condidion, and its still a bit crisp.

The $20 bill is not a star, but it is from 1974, that I got from a
party store, when I cashed a check. Serial number G57638369E. This $20
is in very good condition, almost like new.

So, could these bills command a small premium at all, or are they
just
worth their face value?

I wouldn't expect them to have any great value, especially in "fairly
good" condition! They are certainly unusual in that one simply doesn't
normally find notes so old in ciculation -- they were probably found
in a book or tucked into a desk drawer.

There is currently a 1974 $20 on Ebay at $25 with no takers. Heck,
there's a 1974 $20 going for $19.99 and there are no takers! Probably
because the postage is $4.
