Not if they're committing crimes, it's not. If someone's "making a
living" defrauding the government by dumpster diving and selling crap
on eBay while not paying applicable taxes on the profit, they deserve
a change of career...to prison inmate.


Don't worry your buddies in congress are working hard to chisel some
