The hell they're not. Welfare and Section 8 fraud prosecutions in Los
Angeles County are at an all-time high, and the rolls are dropping
rapidly. Too bad your moribund state of Pennsylvania can't boast the
same results, Noodles.

If you're going to continue to lie and make false accusations, you'd
better have something good to back up your claims...or suffer the
consequences. Since there's nothing "good" to have in this case, then
a person who's not mentally ill would immediately know to shut the
hell up...something you don't seem to be able to do. Instead, you
keep compulsively attacking people on Usenet, showing your mental
frailties to the entire world, and then you wonder why you get kicked
in the ass all the time. It's a vicious cycle. You need psychiatric
treatment.
