I never understood this concept of "saving trees." Like any farm
crop, harvest them, plant more. If they weren't harvested, if there
wasn't a market, they wouldn't be planted. And after use, the paper
is biodegradable, non-polluting. Much different than plastic,
bottles, and cans. And we haven't even begun to deal with the
discarded computers and monitors.

Recycling paper takes more energy, is more costly, and adds to air and
water pollution -- not to mention that the poor quality recycled paper
results gums up pens, laser printers, photocopy and printing presses,
etc.

(And the Cherry Garcia flavor is not really all that sticky.)
