I e-mailed him via one of his auctions that I bid on and found I was blocked,
and asked him why he blocked me give that we've not done business before. I've
yet to get a reply.

He does business on ebay, so I assume he knows how to send e-mail...

I did receive a reply from him. Believe me.... IF you do not want to
