You proberly could make a ribbon cable find the right size wire., stretch them between two dowels ,so they come out straight. Then make a jig. Epoxy them on the flat . Color Code the wires if...

My Rowe 83 gripper arm sits too low an crashes into carousel.
Are the gears worn ,the stop ,etc.
Everything else seems to be fine. Any help or parts welcomed
