The probvlem lies not so much when you buy the coin, I have purchased
coins from ICG graded MS70 and PCGS graded MS70 (which they very
rarely used to do) all of the coins appear to be identical....

I just looked at the coins again, the toned ones seem to be mostly
all in older ANACS slabs ('80's) there are a couple in

I have a cpomplete set of slabbed American Eagles which I collected
over the
years. Most all of them are NGC or PCGS slabbed MS69/70. nice coins.
