Postage rate step integration
Belgium has done so 15 (?) years ago... introducing standard sizes for
the covers, etc.. Calling it "normaal", before they introduced "prior" and
"non-prior"! Now all is "prior" [!] and you pay...

this last year I jumped into Argentina to find out that there was a lot to
be done still and that the UV-lamp...

this chalky business dates from the prehistory of our stamps; most stamps
- commemoratives in particular - have been printed on coated paper since
the 1930-ies; since 1960 hardly any...

truely printed "CDS" in the same method as the other colours of the stamp:
