Hi all is there a set way to work out the value of a stamp? A collection of German stamps has come into my hand and i am trying to work out what they are worth . Do you look at the catalogue S.G and that is the true cost ? or is there a formuler e.g 1/2 catalogue price 1/3 cataloge price? please...
