I too have 222 1999 blocks, in my collection. all but 2 end in 73

I have 128 in *my* 1999 Block Collection (I'm missing the D* Star Note). But,
Marty; I believe that he was referring to the Series 1995 Issue - of which, in
my collection, I have 220 specimens; I'm missing these 8:

wdc: DD / FQ - ftw: FP / GD / JF/ LG / web: BH - and Sheet-Only Issue wdc 9I.

In Series 1995, there are 227 *Regular Circulation Issue* Blocks and one
*Special / Sheets-Only* Issue Blocks. My point was that there are 227 regular
blocks for 1995, not 222. You are eliminating the Web Notes, I think ...

Correction, that should have read: In Series 1995, there are 226 *Regular
Circulation Issue* Blocks and one *Special / Sheets-Only* Issue Block, for a
total of 227 Blocks.

Breakdown: WDC = 106 Normal & Star Blocks; 5 Web Note Blocks; and 1 "Sheet-Only
Issue Block; FT W = 115 Normal & Star Blocks.

Note here that on several posts, they state Series 1999, not 1995. This must be
a typo, as there are only 129 Blocks for series 1999 (63 WDC's & 66 FTW's).
