TECH: Rowe CD100B Amplifier distortion
A friend has a Rowe/Ami CD 100B that sounds great until the amplifier
warms up. Then 1 channel gets distortion in it. Swapped inputs and it follows the channel so definitely not the speaker. Any place that sells a "cap kit/repair kit" for these amps or can someone recommend a good repair place he could send the amplifier to for repair. TIA -- Thanks, Matty www.PlayPinball.net 404-384-6168 |
Rowe CD100B Amplifier distortion
What do you mean by "swapped inputs" ?? Did you reverse the RCA plugs going
into the amp? If that's what you did, and the problem switched channels, then your trouble is most likely in the decoder board. Cheers, Lanway "Matty" wrote in message oups.com...
