Hello Blair.
As far as I can see, the left and the right ones (1 Anna and 2 Anna) are
from a not issued series of 6. This series have been overprinted SAKARI
in red in 1945.
The one in the middle is the 1 1/2 Anna on 2 Rupies service stamp, from
1945 june 1. 12 Euro in my catalogue.

Bahawalpur (india) Question

The left and right hand stamps are part of a revenue series of 1933-34
according to Gibbons. The middle stamp is SG O13, cat. £8.50 this
year. According to Isnani, The Amirate of Bahawalpur, Postal History
& Stamps (1932-1949), 10,000 stamps were overprinted. According to
Isnani, the unoverprinted revenues also saw genuine postal service in
early 1945.
