Need help with my wurlitzer jukebox in TN

Hi, I have a 70s era wurlitzer jukebox. When I turn it on the record
holder just continues to run. I don't want to move it anywhere to have
fixed. Anyone near 37097 fix jukes?, I can offer several wallboxes,
cash, or a free pinball machine, if anyone can help. Thanks, Wedgie in
Tn

Wurlitzer jukeboxes was bought out by Gibson Guitar. Gibson has
authorized Wurlitzer service centers he

Nashville: (615) 514-2200 extension 2231

Memphis: (901) 544-7998 extension 2

Other sources would be to look in your telephone directory "Yellow
Pages" under the headings of "Jukeboxes" and "Amusement Devices".

I'm assuming you have one of the American Wurlitzers model 3800 or earlier.
I have a lot of Wurlitzers from that era and that problem is usually caused
by a dirty or out of adjustment override switch. If you can't find someone
to help, you might want to get the manual. It is not a difficult
adjustment. Of course you may find you have other problems beyond that but
many times the problem with those machines is just dirt and lubrication.
