PSA eBay auction - something's not right

Something just doesn't look right with this card. It looks like it's just
loose inside the PSA slab. Shouldn't it be secured better?

It's in a mylar sleeve. Card/holder/auction is fine.

K cards are smaller than regular cards and PSA has no special holder for them.
