Can anyone in this group confirm the existence of Scott 2216 for
Germany 2002 . it is apparently a self adhesive COIL stamp, die
cut perf 10 1/4 x 11 with denomination 55c blk & yel: Old
Opera House, Frankfurt. I know of the self adhesive from the
booklet that is identical to the supposed coil...
