Suggestions for soluble gum. by

Sometime in their past history the 3ch and 4ch values
have sweated together, and have been separated poorly.
I can slide the portion back into place but need some
suggestions on soluble gum.

postage dues? UK and Paris dealers do not seem to have many, if any

ID of US Stamp by

Hi all. I have a brown series Scott US A140, Brown 4cents. Perf count
seems to me to be 12 x 12. I cannot make out a watermark, nor fragment
of same, even w/ watermark fluid. I am a real newbie w/ stamps, and was
wondering what I should do now?
