490-2 ribbon cable by Paul Recubero
You proberly could make a ribbon cable find the right size wire., stretch them between two dowels ,so they come out straight. Then make a jig. Epoxy them on the flat . Color Code the wires if nessasary. Experiment to find the best method etc

Rock-Ola 444 Write-in Mechanism Not Triggering on All Selections by Cynthia Zacharkow
The issue: The 444 jukebox activates selections A1 through G1 correctly. But H1 through K1 activates the write-in but will not play; All selections above K, write-in keeps spinning without making a selection. This selection trouble occurs for sections 2 through 8 as well.
