Apparently the BEP is going to draw a name from the names of everyone who bought a $2 2003 matched set on the first day they were issued and offer that person the opportunity to buy the set with Serial Number 1 for the same price as the other sets ($495). Does anybody know if this has happened yet?

I have a 2003 dollar bill. The back is printed upside down and is offset. Anyone ever seen one like this? The front of the bill is normal.

Apparently, a lot of these are selling for at least $20 or more for a single note on eBay, with the scarcer 2nd run (serial number above 03 200 000) going for over $100 on occasion. I wonder if it is the association with the rare 1976 brother that is causing this upsurge. Nick
