Can someone tell me where ICG stands amongst the graders? I recall reading that they overgraded on higher MS #s. I have a 1924 Saint that is a beauty, graded MS-63 by them. How are they on the lower MS #s? I was thinking of cracking it out and submitting to PCGS... bad idea? Barbara
