AndyH
My better half was rummaging through the drawers and came up with this
Sheaffer which dates back to her school days about 30 years ago.
Can you tell me what model it is please?
There was also a coupe of Parkers in the same drawer. One looks as
though the nib has been used for opening...

Another magazine reference by
Brian Ketterling
I came across this little review in the "Shelf Life" column of the Jan-Feb
/Utne Reader/. Unfortunately, the publisher's website
(www.microcosmpublishing.com) doesn't have handwriting samples, although you
can see the pen-and-ink cover illustrations.
"With issue #14 of *Dream Whip*, Bill Brown...

I was surfing and came across this. A nice read.

This is not as entertaining as the real deal, so i went to the library
and actually copied it out of the mag in color. I can email to whoever
is interested.
Please reply...

Some time ago I got my ink from a lady on the internet. I also got
gel refills and ballpoint refills from her. I think the Url had the
word "Ink" in it. Does anyone know who this was?
Thank you kindly.

Reducing nib size ? by
Henry Kolesnik
I'm curious if anyone has seen or has a good method for making a nib tip
smaller and the point a bit thinner to reduce the stiffness.

Hi Guys,
I am looking for suggestions for a nice slimmer (smaller, thinner,
more delicate) fountain pen - nice but for everyday use. Does anyone
have any suggestions?
Cheers,

Air in The Converter by
AndyH
Whenever I refill my Waterman Hemisphere I end up with small air
bubbles in the ink converter. I wash and thoroughly dry the pen
between fills so I would expect air to be in the ink chamber. I dunk

Question about how to fill a fountain pen by
asereh
Hello,
I'm new to this newsgroup, and as a classic newbie I need an information.
I recovered a silver Parker Fountain pen that was given to me as gift
some years ago. Making a search on Internet I discovered that it is a
Parker 75.
Inside the pen there is a tank with a lever that, as I understood...
