Long story short, brother is in Grafenwoehr Germany and informed me he
was getting married and to send him some stuff he has in storage. I did
and he says to keep the rest, keep or sell, whatever. I sold his old
motorcycle and...

Abramoff/Scanlon may rat out Cheney. by
DeserTBoB
Word from Washington yesterday is that the two co-conspirators in
"Abramoffgate" are busily at work ratting out half the Republican
party for various fundraising scams, including the Vice President.
Dual impeachment's right around the corner! The city of Arcata, CA
passed a resolution a couple of...

Whacko Pat Robertson does it again! by
DeserTBoB
Just off of CNN:
Right wing nutjob money preacher, Pat Robertson, now says that Ariel
Sharon suffered a stroke as a "divine intervention" for moving Iraelis
out of settlements in the Gaza Strip. Of course, Bush Bird was caught
(again) off balance and had to issue a statement...

new HILLARY bumper sticker by
66FOURDOOR
At last.... A bumper sticker for both parties. FINALLY, someone has
come out with a 100% bipartisan political bumper sticker.
The hottest selling bumper sticker comes from New York State:
"RUN HILARY RUN"
Democrats put it on the rear bumper. Republicans put it on the front
bumper

TO ALL THE KIDS WHO SURVIVED the.......................
1930's, 40's, 50's, 60's and 70's !!
First, we survived being born to mothers who smoked and/or drank while
they carried us.
They took aspirin, ate blue cheese dressing, tuna from a can, and
didn't get tested for diabetes.

Those Yellow Pads by
William W Western
I do not have many and I can not get a fix on their time frame but these
things seem as muscular as they probably were from new. No deterioration at
all, and immediately spring back from finger pressure. Who made them? Why
did everyone not use them? What made them different from the ones that...

'06 Predictions! by
DeserTBoB
Here's my 2006 prediction list. Last year, I wound up 76% right; I
think I can do better this year, so I'll post here for all to judge on
Jan 1, 2007.
- GM will try to evade its "legacy costs" by pulling a UAL and
declaring Chapter 11 bankruptcy, but will be thwarted by Congressional
action which...

You know, I used to be a regular on this newsgroup several years ago. Then,
about 3 years ago I had finally had it with the Poodlebutt Vs. Nudo thing
going on, and all the other conflict going on here. This is the first time I
have checked back in 3 years. After looking at several posts, I see that...
