Peter Baumann[_2_]
Hello everybody!
Found a postmark "Quarantain Station Manly N.S.W."
I did mot find information on Google or Yahoo.
It was used on a letter to Norway in 1914. Who can submit more

Australia-SG query. by
rodney
Stanley Gibbons does not seem to address the differing

Take for example these "Heavy Haulers"
I presume the peel and stick with "no border" are...

Sideways watermark Denmark Sc # 48 by
[email protected]
Hello Fellows,
I bought a lot of early Denmark and found a Scott # 48 (Facit # 60)
with a sideways watermark. Facit lists the inverted watermark
varieties, but makes no mention of ones that are sideways. Any
thought on this variety? Value, scarcity? Thanks!

Commercial cover with SG204 punctured with "AH&S"
Roller (Sydney 29) cancelled 23rd October 1946

The reverse has a boxed "return 15" mark,
I wonder if this has any philatelic reference? or maybe a store mark.
Anyone recognise it?
Thanks.

city declined.
Two months back USPS announced they were considering closing the
downtown post office and moving all to the remote post office. Shortly
thereafter...
