That is quite a claim that CGA is making in their big advertisement in the lastest issue of Bank Note Reporter. PCGS and NGC are now getting into slabbing currency so I guess that CGA felt they had to make some kind of statement.

Seller's eBay id is aniello, and after looking at their auctions, they have the same $2 star note with serial number 00000247 listed twice, both ending different times. What's up with this? I've never seen anything like this before. Steve
