Another Cancelled Auction by
Larry Calder
Hmm, someone is sure running scared, even about baseball cards. The auto Lou
Whittaker card that was mentioned here recently is the latest. Cancelled bids
and closed auction early with no reason given. I wonder just how authentic the
autograph really was????
Now there are another 6 "certified"...

What Is Wrong With This Indian Head auction item? by
reknib
Seller says shipping is only $1.50 . The price isn't bad for the
quality of the coin. Why is nobody bidding on this one, or the other
Indian Head they are selling tonight. I would really like this for my
cent type set, but something seems wrong here. I usually have to fight
for a coin that looks...

Dallas Fed gives excuse to spend money on coins by
Brian
Don't know if anyone else saw this from the Dallas Federal Reserve Bank but it
could give one a good reason to spend money for coins. Tax money saved.
"The strategy for eliminating the zero bound, therefore, is to make money pay a
negative nominal interest rate, by imposing some type of "carry...

Har har .... by
Craton
I have been told that I have a twisted sense of humor. My wife brought
me home a few stickers from work and this was my first use of one of
them. I can't wait to get over to a friends house and label some items
in his cupboard with out him knowing ;)
I think that this is pretty funny...

Finally! I did it!
I've been trying to buy a CC Morgan on eBay for some time now, but keep

FA: Uganda (see) 1000 shilling pattern by
Bill Krummel
Ok, I listed a Uganda 1,000 Shilling pattern tonight, along with 3 proof
sets, 1960 (nice), 1963 (naughty; well, at least not nice), and 1976 (nice).
Go visit the Uganda auction, if just for a look. It will lift my spirits to
see the counter numbers go up. Uganda have to go here to see...

Question Regarding Recent Canceled A-H Auctions? by
S.M.
I posted this as a reply in another thread, so I apologize in advance if
they answered, and I just missed it. I'm just wondering how many times a
seller can cancel auctions without eBay saying anything.
Isn't there a limit on the amount of times you can cancel auctions. A
bidder couldn't...

Eric's Morgans by
JOPN
Hi Eric,
Received the 82-s MS63PL today - what an absolute beauty. I'm a little
surprised it didn't get a DPL on the slab - esp. the obverse.
Anyway, Cheers

Mid-AM show in Rosemont by
DONDI3
This show was pretty much a loser from the start. Parking was terrible, police
were uninformed and rude, loading & unloading was very difficult and the
obnoxious Chicago PD were almost adamant in their attempt to harrass anyone
they suspected of being a "dealer". I can't speak for the regular...

Dansco Album Question by
[email protected]
Does anyone know if Dansco has a state quarters album that will hold the
P, D, Proof, and Silver of each year? I have been searching and am
unable to find one.
I currently have them in a Littleton Coin Album, 3 ring binder, but all
the P's are starting to tone. The remaining quarters, D, Proof,...
