Swap Received! by
John Carney
From Wes Chormicle:
An 1855 Large Cent, an extremely cool off-center 1997 D Quarter (the D
almost didn't make it, glad it did), A real nice unc. 1878 S Morgan and an
AU 1873 CC Trade Dollar.
I think the CC on the Trade Dollar stands for Canton, China. :oD If not, I
owe Wes big time.

I had George Drum for the U.S. $25 category. I received my swap items
from him on Friday, but didn't have time to image them and get them
uploaded to my site, until now. Here's my haul from George:

Series 2004A Two Dollar Bills on the way by
shreadvector
I just got an e-mail from a "reliable source" that said:
"Fred, I just received an email from the BEP since I asked about the
number of $2s the Federal Reserve requested to be printed for this
fiscal year, which runs from October 1, 2005 through September 30,
2006. That number is 230,400,000. I...

2006 New Zealand Mint Set by
Jud
I received my set today from New Zealand Post and upon opening it, it
answered a question that I had. As NZ will discontinue the minting of
the 5¢ coin in 2006 I was happy to see that it was included in the
mint set. I don't know if they will be issuing them for circulation or
not. The $5 coin...

My, what one can learn on RCC! by
Larry Louks
I don't know who would want to do so, but the thought of doubling one's
buying power overnight might be the impetus needed for someone to want to
try it. In any case, the following paragraph is an interesting excerpt from
one of the areas of the link below:
"Here's an interesting footnote on...

AGE 2006 Question by
Sibirskmoneta
The other day conversing with a coin dealer, I heard that the US Mint is
going to release the AGE in .999 fine coins beginning in 2006. Is this
true? Where can I see something on it?

Describing Coins Fully,,,, by
ronrpk
Why is it some people selling coins do not give full descriptions? I
recently won a slabbed modern commem half,,, not a big deal,, a $23
buy. The seller left out the fact it is toned a yellow color. I am
trying to build a white set of modern commems.
I'm not going to say anything as I consider...
