1971 HANDBOOK OF UNITED STATES COINS
"WITH PREMIUM LIST"
TWENTY-EIGHT EDITION [28th Edition]
Originally Sold For $1.50
Western Publishing Company INC.
BY. R. S. Yeoman
This book is 127 pages and has a BLUE HardBack cover.

It gives prices for anything from pennies to half/whole dollar coins.
It also includes pricing for colonial, commemorative and silver and
gold coins.
This book is in excellent shape, like you'd find brand new inside
plastic wrapping.

Is there a website that gives the value of various coin pricing books
like mine?

What would be a ballpark value of this book?

Thanks people.

THE $6 DOLLAR INVESTMENT!!!

ALL YOU NEED IS:

1) An email address
2) A PayPal account (IT’S FREE)
3) $6.00

THIS IS A 2008, CURRENT EMAIL LIST

Ever since the internet became popular, the word "scam" has become a
daily term. I have never once tried any money making "system" outside of
this because of that very reason. I decided to give this one a
shot...Especially since the so called "risk" is only $6.00. I mean, for
the chance, what a joke right? Anyway, only hours after implementing
this exact system I about fell out of my chair as money ACTUALLY started
rolling in. I couldn't believe it and for that reason, I wrote this
intro and became a believer in this system.

WHAT IS IT?

The idea is that of a system that takes advantage of the power of
compounding. And in a big way, let me tell you. First and foremost
understand that there are countless spin-offs of this system that try to
make a "quick buck" off of people. Long lists, the 5 & 10 dollar trees,
the birthday systems, etc... Those spin-offs do make money because of
the ease of implementation of this idea, but they do NOT use the
compounding advantage. This system is THE legit and profitable one.

HERE IS HOW IT WORKS:

There is a list of 6 email addresses (you'll see it as you read
further). Each of these people has already taken part in this system.
When someone new comes along (such as yourself) he/she removes #1 off of
the list, moves the other five email addresses up one position (i.e. #6
goes to #5, #5 to #4, etc.), and places their PayPal email address in
the #6 position. This process is what develops the power of compounding.
The bottom line is this... Honesty, Integrity and Motivation creates
Profitability. Following this EXACT process is what creates the money,
and that is why this system has been raved about in the media. Altering
the system creates weak results. You are "ASKING" for someone to send
you a dollar. That is solicitation. What you are providing is a
"SERVICE". You are offering a service to allow others to put their names
on a list to be circulated again to other prospective people. Which, in
turn, they offer this same service. Yes, this is "LEGAL" and taxable.
Now on to how your $6.00 creates BIG money...

INSTRUCTIONS:

STEP 1:

The first thing to do is highlight and SAVE this entire post in word or
notepad on your computer so you can come back to it later. After that,
if you are not already a PayPal user you need to go to the PayPal
website at http://www.paypal.com/ and SIGN UP. If you want to be able to
receive credit card payments from other people then you will need to
sign up for a PREMIER or BUSINESS account. This is highly recommended to
allow others easy payment options. In order to place the initial $6 into
your account, you will have to verify your bank account with PAYPAL
(which may take a few days). PAYPAL is 100% secure and is used by
millions of people worldwide.

STEP 2:

Here is where the action occurs.
The first thing to do is to send a $1.00 payment to each of the 6 email
addresses on the current list from your PayPal account. To do this
quickly and successfully, follow these simple steps:

1). Login to PayPal and click on the "Send Money" tab near the top of
the screen
2). In the "Recipient's Email" field enter the email address
3). In the "Amount" field enter "1" (This is your $1.00 payment)
4). In the "Category" field select "Service" (Keeping it legal)
5). In the "Subject" field type "EMAIL LIST", and in the "NOTE" field enter
"PLEASE PUT ME ON YOUR EMAIL LIST".
By doing this, you are creating a service and maintaining the legality
of the system by "paying" for the service.
6). Finally, click on the "Continue" button to complete the payment.
Repeat these steps for each of the 6 email addresses. That's it!
By sending the $1.00 payment to each address, you are implementing the
compounding POWER of the system. You will reap what you sow!

Here is the current e-mail list.
************************************************
The email list:
1. <a
2. <a
3. <a
4. <a
5. <a
6. <a

************************************************

STEP 3:

Now take the #1 email off of the list that you see above (from your
saved file), move the other addresses up (6 becomes 5, 5 becomes 4,
etc.) and add YOUR email address (the one used for your PayPal account)
as number 6 on the list. This is the only part of the document that
should be changed. ** Make sure your email address is the one you have
registered with PayPal **

STEP 4:

Post your amended article to at least 200 newsgroups or message boards.
Keep in mind that there are tens of thousands of groups online! All you
need is 200, but remember the more you post the more money you make - as
well as everyone else on the list! I've began to see money roll in
before I even hit 100 posts, but try to hit around 200 to allow maximum
exposure. Use whatever your internet browser is to search for various
news groups, on-line forums, message boards, bulletin boards, chat
sites, discussions, discussion groups, on-line communities, etc. For
example, log on to any search engine and type in a subject like
'MILLIONAIRE MESSAGE BOARD', 'MONEY MAKING DISCUSSIONS', 'MONEY MAKING
FORUMS', or 'BUSINESS MESSAGE BOARD', etc. You will find thousands and
thousands of message boards. Click them one by one and you will find the
option to post a new message. Fill in the subject which will be the
header that everyone sees as they scroll through the list of postings in
a particular group, and post the article with the NEW list of email
addresses included. THAT'S IT!!! All you have to do is jump to different
newsgroups and post away. After you get the hang of it, it will take
about 30 seconds for each newsgroup.

HOW THE MONEY WORKS:

When you post 200 messages in various forums, it is estimated that if at
LEAST
15 people respond and send you a $1.00 ($15.00).
If those 15 Post 200 Posts each and if 225 people respond and send you
$1.00 ($225.00), etc. through 6 levels of email addresses. For
comprehension purposes, here is an easy viewing chart:

1) 15(1) = 15 people ($1) = $15
2) 15(15) = 225 people ($1) = $225
3) 15(225) = 3375 people ($1) = $3375
4) 15(3375) = 50625 people ($1) = $50625
5) 15(50625) = 759375 people ($1) = $759375

As you can see, your $6.00 has multiplied exponentially. What other
opportunity that is as simple as this can cash in the way this can?! I'm
not going to say this is going to make everyone over $800,000, but
within a few WEEKS you should begin to see results, thanks to the speed
of the internet! When your name is no longer on the list, take the
latest posting in the newsgroups and begin the process again.

Simply amazing... One other tip to speed up the process even more: You
can send out your amended post (after you complete the process and add
your PAYPAL email address to the list) to the contacts you already have
in YOUR email address book! It is AMAZING how fast this works. Be
cautious though with your emailing (don't spam hundreds of people you
don't know). Combine this idea with the steps above to “MAXIMIZE” your
profits. I can't stress enough how this system works wonders. There is
something to be said when an idea is internationally publicized, just
make sure you take advantage of it (especially for only $6.00!).

Follow the system as described, and enjoy your PROFITS!!!

REMEMBER... HONESTY, INTEGRITY AND MOTIVATION = PROFITABILITY

YOUR NAME COULD CYCLE FOR A LONG TIME! THIS MAKES IT THE GIFT THAT KEEPS
ON GIVING. This is excellent seed money to start or expand a business,
buy your dream home, car and pay off whatever bills you may have.

HOW TO POST TO NEWS GROUPS?

Try searching for various newsgroups.
(on-line forums, message boards, chat sites, discussions.) Log on any
search engine then search with the subject "millionaire message board or
money making message board or employment message board or money making
discussions or ''money making forum or business message board; etc. You
will find thousands & thousands of message boards. Click on them one by
one and you will find the option 'post a new message'. Then Post this
article as a 'new message' by highlighting the text of this letter and
selecting copy then paste from the edit menu.

Fill in the Subject, this will be the header that everyone sees as they
scroll through the list of postings in a particular group, click the
post message button. You're done with your first one! It only takes
about 60 seconds to complete postings on message boards after you catch on.

REMEMBER, THE MORE NEWSGROUPS YOU POST IN, THE MORE MONEY YOU WILL MAKE!!

TO YOUR SUCCESS...

INSTEAD OF POSTING IT TO MESSAGE BOARDS, FORUMS, ETC. TRY SENDING IT TO
PEOPLE YOU KNOW. 15X15X15X15X15=$759,375

The most versatile grass plant in the world
-- and certainly the Panda Bear's favorite --
finds its way into making the barrel of the
gorgeous DUKE Bamboo fountain pen.

This is a full-sized model, measuring 5-3/4"
capped, 5" with cap aside, and a humungous 7"
with its cap posted. The pen is light enough
that posting the cap is not unreasonable, but
certainly not necessary for a comfortable fit
in the hand.
http://www.hisnibs.com/KhakiSquaresCapPen_small.jpg

I struggled a bit in finding a name for this
pen (DUKE tends to only number models, and
this is #929), and actually spent quite a bit
of time reviewing color charts to find one. I
wanted to highlight the rather fetching
appearance of this color and although I never
found an exact match, the closest I came to
was 'dark khaki'. Matched with the sharply
defined squares that cover the cap and most
of the barrel, the moniker was born.

http://www.hisnibs.com/HaolilaiCapNib_small.jpg

"Norman, the Haolilai you sent is
Magnificent! Smooth as silk. Perfectly
weighted. Exquisite look. A treasure. Many
thanks for making this possible...It's a week
later I'm still stunned at the Haolilai's
sheer beauty and exquisite functionality. To
find such quality for an affordable price
amazes me. Like having a $45.00 (real)
Rolex!"
I. E., Philadelphia, PA

"Norman: I finally sat down to ink up the new
Haolilai ZHF101 you sold to me a couple of
weeks ago. Ah, what a great pen! I was
surprised how smoothly it wrote and how well
the ink flowed through the fine nib. That, I
suspect, is due to your pre-inspection before
sending it out. It has a solid feel to it and
a nice balance. So far I prefer writing with
it unposted, though that may change as I get
more experience with it. Many thanks for
offering such a great pen for sale! May I
also add that my wife has admired the pen's
look and feel. She
wrote with it a little, and I recognize the
look in her eyes: the same one she gets when
she covets a sweater or T-shirt of mine,
meaning that it is in real danger of becoming
hers. "
M. T., Seattle, WA

"A short note to say, Happy Holidays and
to tell you how pleased I am with my Haolilai
pen. I have used it every day for the past
two weeks and it has really passed the
writing test. This pen writes smoothly, is
dependable (always ready to write, even if I
leave the cap off) and attractive to carry.
Thanks again!"
J.R., Broken Arrow, OK

"I wanted to let you know that the
Haolilai arrived yesterday. I filled it with
Noodlers' Blue, and I must say that for the
money it's a great pen!...It always amazes me
how a pen that only costs $45 or so can
outperform pens costing 5 to 10 times as
much." F.C., New Jersey

http://www.hisnibs.com/BookWormYello...nCap_small.jpg

"Good morning Norman. The pen arrived
yesterday. Record time! As I expected, the
Israeli customs does not stop the cheap mail
options. I was attracted by the name as I am
a book worm. The design is good. There is a
lot of thought there and the nib is
excellent. Thanks very much for giving me a
lot of pleasure."
C. S., Israel

"Mr. Haase, I received my new pen today. I
love the Book Worm and find the small flaw is
only a 'character mark'. I inked it with the
Chocolat Private Reserve from my last order,
and enjoyed making a long list with it. I am
pleased with how pretty it is and feminine it
feels in my hand, and yet looks like a fine
tool when in my husbands hand. Very pleasant
to view and a nice pen to write with.
Slightly heavy, but not awkward. Amazing
value for such a slim price."
J. F., Dallas, OR

"Norm: I was very impressed with the last
three pens that I bought from you. In fact
the Bookworm Yellow Filigree is sitting on my
desk in front of me and I use it every day.
It writes very smoothly and I love it...it is
a truly fine writing instrument and it looks
great!"
A. S., Laurel, MD

"Bookworm safely arrived yesterday. Inked
this AM. Like it! I am normally not into
"gaudy" pens, but this one "grabbed" me for
some reason. I also normally do not like
"heavy" but do if well-balanced in MY hand
and this one is."
This model -- whichever resin used -- is a
well-balanced, full-sized pen. It measures
5-1/2" capped and 6-1/8" posted. The black
lacquer barrel affords a nice visual balance
to the pen, in its classic torpedo shape.

They say that imitation is the sincerest form
of flattery. The Baoer Black Rectangles model
may remind fountain pen collectors of a
certain German pen, costing about 20 times
the price of this one. Unlike knockoffs
however -- which attempt to mislead a
customer with an exact duplicate of a more
expensive pen and sell it as the original --
it's not claiming to be anything other than a
Chinese homage. It's clearly marked 'Baoer'
on the clip ring, and its floating logo is
clearly not a snowcap!

Prosecutors: Keep slaughterhouse manager jailed

Prosecutors want former slaughterhouse CEO to
remain jailed, noting stashed cash and passports

November 20, 2008: 11:04 AM EST

NEW YORK (Associated Press) - Federal prosecutors
said a former kosher slaughterhouse manager
should stay in jail because he's a flight risk
and likely to tamper with evidence.

They told a federal judge at a Wednesday
hearing for Sholom Rubashkin that after he was
arrested last week on bank fraud charges,
agents found about $20,000 in cash and silver
coins packed with passports in a travel bag
in his bedroom.

"You honor, if you were going to leave in a
hurry, this is exactly what you would pack,"
said Assistant U.S. Attorney Peter Deegan.

Prosecutors also allege Rubashkin tried to
tamper with evidence when he was released
from jail after earlier charges of harboring
illegal immigrants, document fraud and
identity theft. Rubashkin, former chief
executive at Agriprocessors in Postville,
pleaded not guilty to those charges.

Magistrate Jon Scoles will rule Thursday on
whether Rubashkin should remain in jail.

The judge also scheduled Rubashkin's trial
on the earlier charges for Jan. 20. It's
expected to last two weeks. A trial hasn't
been set on the bank fraud charge.

Agriprocessors was the site of a May 12
immigration raid in which 389 people were
arrested, about a third of the plant's work
force. The company and top managers also are
accused of violating state and federal
laws dealing with child labor, wage
requirements and safety rules. The plant
recently closed and is seeking bankruptcy
protection.

Defense attorney Baruch Weiss told Scoles
that unnamed investors are closing in on a
sale of Agriprocessors. He said the
Rubashkin family would soon sell their
interest in the company.

Weiss said Rubashkin kept cash, passports
and birth certificates stashed in a travel
bag because he has a 15-year-old mentally
disabled son who might destroy the items
if they weren't secured.

Weiss said that since the raid and the
plant's ensuing financial trouble, Rubashkin
has used the cash to pay bills. As evidence,
he showed a $1,700 receipt for a bill to
the Ford Motor Co., paid in cash.

Prosecutors also noted a December 2007 trip
Rubashkin made to Israel, and said he is a
risk to flee there because of the country's
"Law of Return." The rule states that those
of Jewish descent are allowed to emigrate
to Israel and obtain dual citizenship if
they aren't a public threat.

Weiss responded that Israel's extradition
laws would allow Rubashkin to be returned to
the United States for prosecution, and that
it wouldn't make sense for him to flee.

The prosecution also claimed Rubashkin is
likely to tamper with evidence if released,
and entered into evidence an affidavit that
quotes an unnamed account clerk from
Agriprocessors. According to the affidavit,
Rubashkin told the clerk on Oct. 30 to
"clean out your desk," an instruction she
took to mean she should destroy evidence of
checks that had not yet been posted.

The tampering alleged in the affidavit
relates to the separate bank fraud case
against Rubashkin.

Deegan, the prosecutor, said the clerk
shredded a spreadsheet that listed checks
that had not yet been posted to customers'
accounts, and that Rubashkin also took a
computer drive containing check records.

Deegan also said Rubashkin was
implicated _ but never convicted _ in a
check-kiting scheme from March 2004 in
which one woman was ordered to pay
$82,000 in restitution to her bank. The
defense objected to the exhibits, but
the judge overruled them.

Weiss, one of Rubashkin's lawyers, said
30 families had offered their homes as
equity to free Rubashkin until trial. A
nephew and in-laws in New York also have
offered property as equity. Weiss said
the total would be about $2 million, in
addition to the $500,000 Rubashkin has
already posted as bond.

...
