WWII German Officer's Leather Map Case w/ strap, Named.

This WWII German Officer's Leather Map case with shoulder strap is in
excellent condition. This is not the standard type of map case very often
found. The case measures 8" x 11". It is russet brown leather with a full
front leather flap with a push-button type snap. The inside of the front
flap is marked, "G. Koger, Oberleutnant". Under the top flap are pockets
where pencils, eraser, and rulers are held. The case has a 2-section leather
fold-out revealing 3 celluloid map grid sections. The rear of the map case
has an extra carry compartment with flap and snaps for extra maps. The "D"
rings are still present. Off the "D" rings is a slim leather shoulder strap
(5/16" wide x 26") with buckles that hook off the D-rings. The case is in
excellent condition with no tears, loose stitching, missing or broken snaps
or buckles. All snaps and buckles work properly. All leather is soft and
pliable.
